Missed calls become someone else’s jobs.
When a furnace quits at 9 p.m., a pipe bursts on a Sunday, or a storm opens up a roof leak, people call the first company that answers. If your phone goes to voicemail, many callers won’t leave a message. They call the next name on the list.
The same thing happens during the day when your office is slammed: the line is busy, the call rolls over, and the work goes to a competitor.
Where calls slip through
- After hours. Evenings, weekends, and holidays, when emergencies tend to happen.
- Busy during the day. Your office is on another line, helping a customer at the counter, or out to lunch. Instead of ringing out, the call rolls over to Superb Voice.
- Rush periods. Storms, heat waves, and seasonal rushes when every line is lit up.
- Voicemail. Callers with urgent problems rarely wait for a callback.
- Double entry. Messages scribbled on paper still need to be typed into your software.
Up and running in three steps
Your team keeps answering during the day. Superb Voice picks up when they can’t.
-

A receptionist that never sleeps, with a human team still in charge
Answers 24/7

Common questions
Does it replace my receptionist?
No. Your receptionist stays primary during the day. Superb Voice handles after-hours calls and the overflow calls your team can’t get to, so nobody hits voicemail.
What happens in an emergency?
When a caller describes an urgent situation, such as a burst pipe, no heat or AC, a roof leak, or a gas smell, Superb Voice flags the call as an emergency and alerts your on-call technician right away. You set what counts as an emergency and who gets notified.
What does it cost?
The pilot is free for early clients. Pricing comes after the pilot, and we’ll go over it with you before the pilot ends so you can decide whether to continue.
Do calls get recorded?
We follow your preference. If you choose to record calls, callers are told the call may be recorded. Recordings and transcripts are used to deliver the service, for example to create the job and send alerts.
Which software do you work with?
FieldPulse is available now. We can also connect to platforms that offer an API, such as Jobber, Housecall Pro, Workiz, and others, plus Gmail, Outlook, and Google or Outlook Calendar. Integrations are set up during onboarding, and availability depends on your plan with each provider. See the list.
Can I hear it before I commit?
Yes. Call the demo line at (409) 377-6497. Play the customer and see how it handles your kind of call.
