Terms of Service

Last updated: October 6, 2026

These terms apply to the Superb Voice website and service. Superb Voice is a d/b/a of Superb Environmental LLC, based in Texas. By using the website, calling our demo line, or using the service, you agree to these terms. Clients may also sign a separate agreement; if so, that agreement controls where it differs from these terms.

The service

Superb Voice is an AI voice receptionist that answers after-hours and overflow calls for home-service and trades businesses. It gathers caller details, flags possible emergencies, alerts on-call staff, and creates customer and job records in the client’s field-service software.

AI limitations

Call recording and transcription

Calls may be recorded and transcribed for service delivery. We follow each client’s recording preference, and when calls are recorded, callers are told. Clients are responsible for making sure their use of recording meets the laws that apply to them and their callers.

Field-service software and other connected tools

The service shares call data with the client’s field-service software (for example, FieldPulse) and, if set up, with the client’s email, calendar, and text-messaging tools. We don’t control those third-party products and aren’t responsible for their availability or how they handle data. Clients authorize us to connect to their accounts for this purpose. Integration availability depends on the client’s plan with each provider.

Client responsibilities

Pilot and pricing

Free pilots are offered at our discretion and may be ended by either side. Pricing after a pilot is agreed separately in writing before any charges apply.

Demo line

Our demo line answers as a sample home-service company (Gulf Coast Comfort HVAC). It is for demonstration only. No real service is scheduled and no technician will be dispatched. Demo calls may be recorded and transcribed.

Disclaimers

The service and website are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, and we don’t guarantee that every call will be answered or handled without error.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Superb Environmental LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business, including from missed or mishandled calls. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount the client paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service. Either party may stop using or providing the service at any time, subject to any separate written agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
