Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
Superb Voice (“we,” “us”) is a d/b/a of Superb Environmental LLC. We provide an AI voice receptionist that answers phone calls on behalf of home-service and trades businesses (“clients”). This policy explains, in plain language, what information we handle and why.
Who this applies to
- Callers: people who call a client’s phone line and reach Superb Voice, or who call our demo line.
- Clients: the businesses that use Superb Voice.
- Website visitors: people who visit superb-voice.com or email us.
What we collect
- Call information: the phone number you call from, the date, time, and length of the call, and what you tell the receptionist (for example your name, address, callback number, and the service you need).
- Recordings and transcripts: calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can deliver the service. When a client has chosen to record calls, callers are told the call may be recorded.
- Client account information: business contact details and the settings needed to run the service (such as greetings, emergency rules, and on-call contacts).
- Emails you send us: whatever you include in your message.
This website has no sign-up form, no account system, and no advertising trackers. The contact form only opens your own email app.
How we use it
- To answer calls, understand what the caller needs, and pass that information to the client.
- To identify possible emergencies and alert the client’s on-call staff (for example, by text message).
- To create customer and job records in the client’s field-service software.
- To review and improve call quality and troubleshoot problems.
- To respond to emails and support our clients.
We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
- The client you called. Call details, transcripts, and (if enabled) recordings are shared with the business you were trying to reach.
- The client’s field-service software. Information from a call is sent to the client’s field-service software (for example, FieldPulse) to create the customer and job. That software provider’s own privacy policy applies to data stored there.
- The client’s email, calendar, and messaging tools. If the client sets it up, call summaries and lead notifications are sent to the client’s email (for example Gmail or Outlook), bookings may be added to their calendar, and urgent calls may trigger text-message alerts to the client’s on-call staff.
- Service providers. We use third-party providers for things like phone service, speech recognition, AI processing, messaging, and hosting. They process data only to help us provide the service.
- Legal reasons. If required by law, or to protect someone’s safety or our legal rights.
How long we keep it
We keep call information only as long as needed to provide the service to the client, or as the client directs, and as required by law. Data copied into a client’s field-service software is kept according to that client’s own practices.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no system is perfectly secure.
Your choices
If you called one of our clients, you can contact that business directly about your information. You can also email us to ask about, correct, or delete information we hold, and we’ll help or point you to the right business.
Children
The service is meant for business use and isn’t directed at children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
